A mentor could help with that!
One to one mentoring is tailored to meet the needs of the individuals. This may be reviewing current skills and career to date, creative practice or examining future development goals.
You’ll get a micro-mentoring session with someone from the Helix Arts team then each mentee is matched with a mentor who can support their specific requirements and coaching plans are developed with wellbeing check-ins embedded throughout.
There are some bursaries available to support mentees.
We anticipate that 1:1 Mentoring will be 3 initial sessions with your mentor (this may be flexible based on the goals that you identify) plus some time for reflecting/working on your mentoring plan between sessions.
Who are the mentors for this programme?
Mentors will be creative industry experts with specific expertise that align with your needs. Some of the mentors will be part of the Helix Arts’ Team who have been offering artist development and mentoring for almost 40 years, external mentors will come from a range of sectors and backgrounds.
Once we have matched you to a mentor, we will let you know the mentor we are proposing and our reasons for matching you.
