Upload/Unplug explores themes around privacy, the use of our data and how we share our thoughts online.

A collaborative dance programme between Helix Arts, Pell Ensemble and young dancers from the Tees Valley.

As well as sharing the performance with audiences new to dance in the region, we co-produced an inclusive dance outreach programme where young dancers from Stockton and Darlington got to work alongside Pell’s Artistic Director Rebecca Evans and other professional dance artists to co-create a ‘curtain-raiser’ performance. These co-productions were shared with family, friends and the public alongside Upload/Unplug in community and arts venues.
