Paul moved to the North East to teach at Newcastle University – having spent time in senior human resource management roles in large businesses. After Newcastle University he started an economics consultancy and a software development business. He has been passionate about the arts for most of his life and has seen first-hand the impact it can have on people and communities. With his wife, he fostered a passion for the arts in his 3 children – all of whom have worked in arts organisations.
