Archive Lead

Charlie’s extensive experience in the museum field spans over fifteen years, during which she has held various curatorial and collections management roles across the North East. 

Her expertise includes handling, caring for, and curating diverse collections, such as social history, military artefacts, art, archaeology, textiles, and archival materials. Notably, Charlie has been involved in large-scale redevelopments, store relocations, and auditing initiatives.

Currently, she divides her time between working on a collections auditing project at Helix and serving as an Assistant Curator of Contemporary Art at Durham University.

As a Trustee for the Social History Curators Group since 2023, she is committed to creating meaningful and transformative projects that involve volunteers.
