We could shout out to so many amazing folks to mark International Women’s Day 2025.
We mean ALOT of amazing women, from our trustees, staff, artists, participants, volunteers and all our other supporters who help ensure our work acts boldly and decisively for all women and girls!
But we thought we’d do a spotlight on Lizzie Lovejoy who has been connected to Helix Arts since their time on Artists’ Agency Darlington (formerly Flourish). First working with our Director and mentor Cheryl Gavin, then joining us as our live illustrator, writer and performer at our 40th celebration last year where Lizzie captured moments and stories with community members.
