We’re excited that Falling On Your Feet has restarted in East Durham!

Falling On Your Feet East Durham is back!

Falling On Your Feet is a 10-week dance-based falls prevention programme that aims to improve strength and increase balance.

It’s also a safe space where you can meet people and feel less lonely.

The sessions are led by choreographer Yuvel Soria.
