The technician will support installation of:
- Large prints
- Frames
- Tile artwork
- Artworks suspended from the ceiling
- Audio-visual equipment
The technician must be available to install w/c 17 November 2025.
We anticipate it should take no more than 1 day to install. De-installation will be agreed after the exhibition.
We are looking for a technician who has:
- Knowledge and experience of working with construction tools and materials, including various hanging or presentation methods.
- Ability to manually lift artworks of various weights (with necessary support and according to safety standards).
- An understanding of audio-visual technologies, including the use of specific hardware and software.
- Good knowledge of basic Health and Safety best practice in relation to art handling, and construction and experience of risk assessments.
Fee
£253.04 per day in accordance with Artists’ Union England Rates.
