Sarah loves making collaborative, creative spaces with artists, young people, schools and communities. She has worked in creative learning teams at Newham Music, Barbican Centre and English Folk Dance and Song Society, where she established the National Youth Folk Ensemble for England. Sarah grew up in Newcastle and returned to the North East in August 2026 to join Helix Arts.
