We are delighted to announce Artists’ Agency is back in North Tyneside. Artists’ Agency is Helix Arts’ artist development programme.
Our new programme is bigger and better as we now have a bespoke 3 year mentoring and support offer to provide even more opportunities to local creatives as part of the North Shields Cultural Quarter.
Our North Tyneside opportunities will build upon our previous offer. This iteration takes all the best bits of our previous programme and responds to what creatives have told us they needed.
We listened to over 70 artists and creative businesses and found out about the challenges faced by freelance artists and small creative businesses. The programme we’ve created is participant centred, flexible and responsive with the these challenges in mind.
