Do you want to make a difference to the community?
Can you provide exceptional planning and coordination?
Can you bring enthusiasm and ideas to our team?
Are you a brilliant planner, organiser and communicator?
Do you have a love of arts and creativity?
Then this is the opportunity for you!
Our Creative Producers are people who can provide exceptional planning and coordination, bringing enthusiasm and ideas to our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to deliver a range of participatory arts projects.
We are looking for an experienced Creative Producer who couples brilliant organisational and people skills with a love of arts and creativity as well as being an adaptable and personable team player.
We are interested in a person’s values and lived experiences, something which aligns closely to our work, the company ethos, and Helix Arts’ team culture. It’s important our workforce represents the diverse communities we collaborate with. If you feel less represented and want to make that change, then we are very keen to hear from you!
We are looking for someone who can work well in a team and already has experience of project management and a proven track record of working as a Creative Producer. Experience of co-producing work with different communities, including children and young people and older people is desirable.
This is a superb opportunity for someone who believes in the transformative power of Arts, Culture and Heritage – for someone committed to making a difference in parts of our community where opportunities to participate in high quality artistic and cultural activity may be hard to access.
Salary: £28,792.77 per annum full time or part time pro rata equivalent – plus 6% pension contribution and 25 annual holidays plus public and privilege holidays per annum pro rata and Birthday day off.
Hours of work: 4 days per week.
